Full-service requests

  • We look forward to working with you to achieve your research goals.

While we strive to provide training and support for our users to be able to utilize our software and facilities independently, we are available to discuss projects where Core Lab staff will perform work on your behalf. The first step to get started with full-service in the Core Labs is to submit a service request.

  • Get access using the Request for Service platform

We are currently moving our service requests to a single online platform called Request for Service (RFS). RFS is a centralized service-management platform that enables a user-friendly experience for submitting, approving, tracking, reporting and providing feedback on service requests. The first labs to begin using RFS for full-service requests are below. Learn more and get access to the RFS platform.

    • Analytical Chemistry
    • Bioscience
    • Imaging and Characterization
    • Nanofabrication
    • Workshops
  • Other full-service requests

Soon we will be moving all of the Core Labs to the RFS platform. In the meantime, you can make full-service requests for the following labs by following the links below.

  • Terms and Conditions of Services (“Ts&Cs”) only apply to all service requests submitted by organizations without a valid Core Labs Service Agreement (“SA”). The terms specified in SA will prevail over Ts&Cs.
