The Core Labs and Research Infrastructure offers users a full-service facility for a variety of equipment across all of our labs, except for the Supercomputing Core Lab. Our Full Service is accessed through our centralized Request for Service (RFS) platform.
RFS is a service request management platform that enables users to request Pocket ID approval, submit service requests, track progress and offer feedback.
Currently our Analytical Chemistry, Bioscience, Imaging and Characterization, Nanofabrication, Workshops and Plant Growth can be accessed through RFS. For all other labs please contact the relevant lab directly.
For first time users, please take the time to view our online tutorial.
Please also note that to access RFS, KAUST and KAUST Research Park Tenant (RPT) users must first be registered on Infinity.
Please note that only email addresses from organizations will be accepted on RFS.
All external users without an official service agreement with the Core Labs and Research Infrastructure must pay for services in advance.
If you have any further questions, please refer to our RFS user manuals and FAQ.
