The Core Labs offer our users a full service facility on a number of equipment across all of our labs, except for the Supercomputing Core Lab. Our Full Service is accessed through our centralized, Request for Service (RFS) platform.

RFS is a service request management platform that enables users request Pocket ID approval, submit service requests, track progress, offer feedback.

Currently our Analytical Chemistry, Bioscience, Imaging and Characterization, Nanofabrication and Workshops can be accessed through RFS; for all other labs please contact the relevant lab directly.

For first time users please take the time to view our online tutorial.

Please also note that to access RFS, KAUST and KAUST Research Park Tenant (RPT) users must first be registered on Badger.

New External Users

Please note only email addresses from organizations will be accepted on RFS.
